• By rotating the gear-box
the one of a kind Ultra-Mix pump you can choose
540 or 1000 rpm: with our speed reducer/increaser,
it is always rotating 750 rpm.
• The pump is mounted on a set of wheels with
a telescopic tow bar.
• An hydraulic cylinder allows the pump to
moove vertically and then drops into manure.
• Equiped with a hydraulic valve 6'' to switch
from mixing to loading.
• The lower jet,
vertically fixed, is best at cleaning the bottom
of the pit while the top jet (hydraulically controled
in height) is mixing the top part.
• Each valve get its own hydraulic gate-valve
to close one or the other jet.
• A hydraulic motor allows
the 2 mixing jets to turn together on a 180 degree
angle. Hydraulic pump constantly and properly
lubricate the bearings.
